East Wind Lobster and Grill in Buzzard’s Bay has a traditional Cape Cod seafood menu with gluten free options clearly marked, and a kitchen that knows what it’s doing. You can get broiled seafood dishes including herb crusted salmon and grilled swordfish tips, soups, fish tacos, and more. Many of the sides are gluten free as well.
