The Eatery

The Eatery in Wallingford is a gem of a lunch spot in the middle of downtown Wallingford. When you walk in, you just know that you’re going to eat well – with the huge menu board, the laid back dining area, and the cheerful folks at the counter. They have a fun lunch menu, including all sorts of sandwiches and wraps, all available gluten free. They also offer two different quinoa bowls that are as much fun to look at as they are to eat!  The Eatery is locally owned and operated, and we’re suckers for local, so we can’t wait to go back. They don’t have any gluten free desserts, but they do sell pre-wrapped energy bars and some protein balls. We saw many orders in big bags being whisked out at lunch hour, and we know that if we lived closer, we’d probably pick up lunch here as often as possible!  Kids menu, not a dedicated GF facility.
