El Rayo Taqueria

The folks who run El Rayo Taqueria in Portland, Maine get it. Most of their menu is inherently gluten free, and the items that are not GF are labeled. Nice change, huh? They understand how to prepare your meal safely and they work hard to avoid cross-contamination. So if you’re in the mood for some mexican, this funky, fun spot is perfect. Not a dedicated GF facility.
