In fulfilling his life-long dream of opening his own restaurant, chef-owner Eli Dunn created his menu to include locally-sourced ingredients, and to be as inclusive as possible to people with various dietary restrictions. Some of the tasty gluten-free entrees include shrimp and grits, cauliflower tikka masala, and chicken jambalaya. Eli’s also has many dairy-free and vegan options. Our tip?
