Embody Fitness Gourmet has three locations in Fairfield County – New Canaan, Westport, and Darien. Their mission is to “uncomplicate the art of eating well,” and they seem to be doing a pretty good job of it.  In the stores you can get gluten-free smoothies, juices, coffee, gluten free bowls, ceviche, chia pudding and more. They also do detoxes and cleanses, and they make and sell their own gluten free chocolate nut mix, granola, granola bars, and nut butters. You can purchase these products in the store or online.
