Estia, with locations in Mashpee and Falmouth, offers a Mediterranean menu. And, as we all know,  Mediterranean cuisine has loads of inherently gluten-free options. There’s a separate gluten-free menu, which we love, and it’s got way too many dishes to list. Grilled calamari, stuffed grape leaves, unique salads, tons of seafood, lamb, steak, and plenty of side dishes, including quinoa, grilled veggies, spinach rice and more. The place is family friendly, and they even cater.
