At Flying Saucer Pizza Company in Salem, they’ve got some of the best gluten free pizza around. They also have Daiya cheese for the vegans in your group, and they also offer gluten-free garlic knots. How fun is that? They make your pizza and garlic knots separately and will bake them in a separate oven, depending on how busy they are. For dessert, try their gluten free brownie with ice cream, or stop in for brunch and have a breakfast pizza!  Flying saucer does have loyal celiac customers, but be sure to ask your server about details, as they are not a dedicated GF facility.
