A bagel spot might not be the first place you’d think of for gluten free, but if your gluten-eating buddies need a fix, Forage in Portland ME is the perfect spot. Although they don’t make GF bagels, they do have an excellent GF bread that can be used for any of their sandwiches, and they use an “allergy kit”  for all diners who request it. This means they’ll make your meal separately and safely. Not a dedicated GF facility, but these guys take your safety seriously. And the sandwiches ROCK.
