Fratelli Market

Any market that has a “Gluten Free” link on their site is alright by us.  Any market that has a gluten-free selection like Fratelli may be nominated for GFC’s gluten-free hall of fame.  The prepared pasta choices are stunning – lasagna, stuffed shells, ravioli, spaghetti and meatballs, the list goes on. The grocery section stocks plenty, including dry GF pasta from Italy, croutons, and breadcrumbs. Desserts include brownies, cupcakes, cinnamon buns and cookies. They also now stock Joan’s GF Great Bakers, which are sold “ready to bake,” so that you can serve them hot and fresh, including pizzas, pizza crusts, cornbread, and artisan Italian bread.  Oh, and if you just need a deli sandwich on GF sandwich bread, they have that too.
