And, they have plenty of gluten free options. First, there are omelettes with gluten-free toast. You can also get Benedicts and breakfast sandwiches on your choice of gluten-free breads.  But wait, there’s more – they also have waffles and pancakes, and they can make all of this separately on a cleaned griddle to reduce the risk of cross-contamination.
