Chip’s – Southbury
Chips has 5 locations in CT, and we wish there were more. The menu is mostly traditional American favorites, with some Greek specialties thrown in, as the current owners are natives of Greece. They serve breakfast(all day), lunch and dinner, and the gluten friendly breakfast menu has french toast, pancakes, and egg sandwiches on GF rolls. They also have GF desserts, including strawberry shortcake. According to the owners, “Everything is homemade, and that’s what makes the difference.” Yes it does!
