Terra Cafe

Terra Cafe in Monroe, CT is our favorite kind of cafe. Family owned, excellent coffee, and a thoughtful, healthy menu. They’re open for breakfast and lunch, and the menu has lots of vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. Breakfast includes overnight oats, scrambled tofu, and egg sandwiches on gluten free bread. Lunch brings salads, wraps, paninis and soups. But don’t forget the coffee! They’ve got all the specialty coffees you could ever need, plus teas, smoothies, and even açaí bowls. So take the afternoon off and go relax at Terra. We’ll meet you there.  Not a dedicated GF facility, but they can prepare your meal separately.
