Crystal’s Kitchen in Bridgewater, MA has an excellent gluten-free menu, but the best part is that they know how to prepare your meal safely.  They serve many different cuisines from Thai to Chinese, Japanese and Malaysian with gluten-free options from each. So if you’re in the mood for Pad Thai, Mongolian Beef, or Cashew Chicken, they can make it, and you can eat it. It’s just a small place in a strip mall, but when it comes to safe gluten-free Asian cuisine, it really doesn’t have to be fancy.
