Gluten Free Crepes New Haven: Choupette Creperie? Oui!  The owner is from France, and brings a delicious bit of the old country to New Haven.  The buckwheat crepes, which comprise half the menu, are both gluten and dairy free. Stuff ’em full of sweet or savory fillings, and you’ve got yourself a little piece of Paris, minus the language barrier.  A dedicated pan is used for the buckwheat crepes, but the kitchen and utensils are not gluten free.
