New Moon Cafe

New Moon Cafe in Burlington, VT is a hip cafe serving coffees, treats, and sandwiches. They use lots of locally sourced ingredients, and it’s a comfy place to sit and work. They’re also super committed to community, and donate lots of food and meals to the needy. New Moon can put any sandwich on gluten-free bread and offer lots of gluten-free baked goods, including scones. New Moon is not a dedicated gluten-free facility, and cannot guarantee the safety of their GF products. This may not be the best place if you’re celiac or highly sensitive.
