Metro Bis

Metro Bis, located in an historic building in Simsbury, is an excellent choice if you’re looking for a great gluten-free meal and a lovely dining experience.  The chef is happy to accommodate any food sensitivity, but from the looks of things, you may not even need it.  They have GF bread as an option on the table, along with their red pepper hummus. Score. They also have other GF appetizers, such as their crispy potato and goat cheese tart, or rotating soups. Score again. For entrees, they offer a GF mushroom risotto, among other options. They also have creme brûlée for dessert, along with sorbet.  Menus do rotate, so call ahead for today’s offerings.
