Gluten Free Mexican Wilton: Cactus Rose Restaurant and Tequila Bar is a local favorite in Wilton. From the decor to the deck, the appetizers to entrees, they kinda have the whole Mexican thing covered, beautifully, and deliciously. Most of their menu is inherently gluten free, and much of it is served inside corn tacos or tortillas. From lobster guacamole to roasted corn chowder, you won’t have trouble finding something safe to eat. And tequila is gluten free….
