Gluten Free Pizza Brookfield: Mangia means eat in Italian, and at Mangia Mangia in Brookfield, gluten free folks can do just that! They have a traditional Italian menu with salads, pizzas, pastas, and entrees. Any pasta entree can be made with gluten free pasta, and there’s a gluten free crust available for all pizzas. They also have a really fun kids menu, but it’s not gluten free.
