Permanently Closed Pizzeria Mazzo Mozzarella and Wine Bar in Danbury has excellent gluten free options. Their pastas can all be made gluten free and they offer a gluten free pizza crust.  They also have other inherently gluten free menu items, like risotto and shrimp polenta. At brunch, they have plenty of options as well, although they do not have gluten free bread. Still, Pizzeria Mazzo is definitely a great choice if you’re looking for a great meal for gluten free and wheat-eating folks. Ask your server for food prep details, as the facility is not dedicated gluten free.
