Lisa’s Luna Pizza

Lisa Maurer, owner of Lisa’s Luna Pizza in Avon, CT is gluten intolerant, and she wants to ensure that we can all eat safely at her restaurant.  She uses GF crust from CT’s own Still Riding Foods, and offers a big, crusty and delicious GF grinder roll option as well. All GF items are prepared in a separate GF prep area and baked on a dedicated GF pan.  Not in the mood for pizza or grinders? Then you can order a baked potato with toppings. Choices. We like that!
