Colony Grill

Gluten Free Pizza Norwalk: Colony Grill is a local pizza chain that’s been serving their famous thin-crust pizza since the 1930’s. They can make any pizza using a gluten free crust, prepared in a separate gluten free area. We are particularly intrigued by the “Salad Pizza,” for which they load up a crust with a house salad in balsamic vinaigrette, with “no sauce, no cheese unless you want it,” according to the menu. They serve gluten free beer as well. Colony also offers a Breakfast Pizza, but they do not serve a formal breakfast, as they open at 11:30am. They are open 7 days a week, from 11:30am to “late closing,” which, we assume, means whenever people stop coming in for pizza. We like that.
