If you’re looking for gluten-free restaurants in Bethel, Taproot offers a really diverse menu with plenty of safe gluten-free options. There are Small Plates like GF corn bread, chili, hush puppies from a dedicated fryer, spicy pickled carrots, olives, and more. Big Plates include fried rice, burgers with fries from the dedicated GF fryer, shrimp fry diavolo, and even fried chicken!  They’ve got GF buns and crackers available, but note that they rotate the fryer between gluten free and not, cleaning and sanitizing each time. Call before you go to ensure that the fryer is in a gluten-free cycle, and be sure to inform your server of your dietary needs. The kitchen is not dedicated gluten free, but they are very good with cross contamination.
