When the owner was diagnosed with celiac 6 years ago, he immediately began purchasing big Udi’s rolls for himself and his gluten-sensitive customers. They prepare your sandwich in the back, using separate toppings. They’ll even open new packages for you, if you prefer. Although this Blimpie is not a dedicated gluten-free facility, according to the owner, no one has ever complained about getting sick from his food. And that’s impressive!
