Pho Van

Pho Van in Windsor, CT has awesome Pho. You know, the Vietnamese soup with rice noodles, veggies, and meats if you want them.  They’re open 7 days a week and offer dine in and take out.  They also cater. Pho is inherently gluten free, as is much of Vietnamese cuisine, so there risk of cross-contamination is super low here. However, Pho Van is not a dedicated gluten free facility so be sure to let your serve know of dietary requirements when ordering.
