Green Elephant – Portsmouth

Green Elephant is a bistro in Portsmouth, NH serving up Asian-inspired vegetarian cuisine. Maybe you’ve heard of their sister restaurant of the same name in Portland, ME? The menu has many clearly-marked gluten free (and vegan) choices. Coconut soup, Asian stir-fry veggies and tofu, hot & sour noodle soup, Panang curry, tofu tikka masala…the list goes on. They are not a dedicated gluten free kitchen, but they’re super careful about cross-contamination. Be sure to inform your server of your dietary needs.
