Greens on the Go

Places like Greens on the Go in Wilton make us want to move to Wilton. They’re not a dedicated gluten free facility, but most of their menu is gluten free. The owner calls her menu “Homemade Cali Inspired Good Food,” and that’s pretty accurate. Their salads are the highlight, with all sorts of choices like the Harvest, Falldorf, Healthy Greek, and more. Then there are the bowls, from cold ones to hot ones, including the Black Bean Burrito, Thai-ish, Abby Kale and others.  Add in veggie chili and GF toasts, and you just can’t beat it. Oh, and don’t forget dessert – they have GF brownies and more! Do keep in mind that all of these menu choices were current on the day that we checked, but do inquire before heading down for lunch, as items can rotate. (Gluten Free Lunch Wilton)
