Happy Jack’s

Happy Jack’s, located in Leominster, MA, describes itself as a Tex-Mex restaurant with a Caribbean twist. They have an entire gluten free menu listed on their website with appetizers, soups, salads, sandwiches and entrees. Appetizers include nachos loaded with your choice of toppings and served with crispy corn tortillas. Additionally, they offer a variety of Tex-Mex and Caribbean salads. If you’re in the mood for soup, you can enjoy their Cuban black bean soup. All sandwiches come on a gluten free toasted bun.
