Icy Rolls

Icy Rolls has two locations in Connecticut – one in Granby, and one opening soon in West Hartford. Both locations offer dairy-free coconut milk ice cream that they make in-house. On the day we visited, two of the three dairy-free flavors were gluten free as well, and up to four toppings are included with each cup. If you’ve never had rolled ice cream, it’s pretty fun to watch – they pour liquid vanilla ice cream onto a frozen table where it freezes and is then rolled up with mix-ins to form “icy rolls.” They load up your cup with the rolls and then add toppings.
