Kismet Kitchen

Kismet Kitchen is a farm to table restaurant in Montpelier, VT, serving an eclectic menu with tons of gluten-free options. the menus are created with whole foods and Kismet is proud to accommodate special diets including vegan, paleo, and gluten free. Many items on the menu are naturally gluten free, with options like, biscuits and gravy with a choice of tempeh or sausage, Portuguese sweet bread & house made butter, and a classic Benedict – vegetarian & vegan versions available as well. Kismet is not a dedicated gluten free restaurant, but the owner has family with celiac disease, so they really know what they’re doing. They do not put any meat or gluten in their fryer – major score – and the staff is well educated.
