Local Sprouts Cooperative

Local Sprouts Cooperative in Portland, ME is a cafe and bakery with lots of gluten free options. They have gluten free wraps, bread for sandwiches, and burritos. The cafe menu has several vegan options, too. The bakery has several GF goodies, like house-made granola bars, scout bars (their take on a Girl Scout cookie classic!), chocolate coconut truffles, and more, all from neighboring Bam Bam GF bakery.  They also serve coffee, tea, kombucha, wine and local beer, ciders, and cocktails. A great spot for breakfast, lunch, or a baked good and a cup of coffee!  (Local Sprouts Cooperative can prepare your meal separately upon request.
