Luis’a Arepera & Grill in Portland, Maine is awesome. You really can’t go wrong with Venezuelan cuisine. It’s pretty much all gluten free to begin with, and Luis’s is no different. A very informal spot that’s great for takeout, you can grab arepas filled with beans, cheese, meats, and all sorts of other deliciousness.
