It’s not a restaurant, but if you’re looking for a B&B or inn in Kennebunkport, ME, Maine Stay Inn and Cottages is the place.  The owners understand celiac disease, and are happy to prepare a safe breakfast for you. They are not a dedicated GF facility, but they do have a daughter with celiac disease and make an excellent breakfast for pretty much anyone. You do need to call ahead to make arrangements, however.
