So what’s the benefit of owning a restaurant in Glastonbury? That it’s near Dee’s One Smart Cookie, of course, and Max Amore takes full, delicious advantage. They have Dee’s breadsticks on the table, they use corn pasta and GF burger rolls, they use Gf pasta in their minestrone, and even have GF croutons on the salad. With flourless chocolate cake and creme brulee for dessert, we just might have to move to Glastonbury too.
