Max Burger

Max Burger, with locations in Springfield, MA and West Hartford, CT, has your burger, and it’s safe. They’ve got excellent gluten free buns (still trying to figure out where they get ’em!), as well as a dedicated gluten free fryer serving up regular and sweet potato fries. If you’re not in the mood for a burger, they also have soups, sandwiches on gluten-free rolls, and all sorts of entrees, including roast chicken and chili. With milkshakes and ice cream for dessert, you really can’t go wrong. Max Burger is owned by the Max Restaurant Group, known for their super careful kitchen protocol and informed servers. Not a dedicated gluten-free facility, but a local celiac fave!
