Mecha Noodle Bar

Mecha Noodle Bar has many locations throughout Connecticut, all offering safe GF options. Mecha means “Mom and Pop” in Vietnamese, and the menu is full of comforting Asian dishes. Many of them can be made gluten free, including the pho. They prepare the rice noodles separately, and the broths are already safe. Not a dedicated gluten free facility, but very careful in the kitchen, and an excellent gluten-free lunch spot.  And who doesn’t love noodles anyway?
