Miya of Miya’s sushi wants to be the change. And in our opinion, she absolutely is. All seafood served in her restaurant is sustainable. And, wherever possible, she creatively adds in edible invasive seaweed and weeds. The menu is an eclectic mix of asian cuisines, from India to Japan, with GF options all around. She also offers traditional sushi for those who may not be feeling as adventurous.
You have to see and try the menu for yourself to truly appreciate Miya’s own appreciation for the earth. We think she’s on to something…..
