New Canaan Diner is one in a chain of 3 diners in Fairfield County. All of the diners carry varying GF options, but this one has the largest selection. You can get GF pasta, pancakes, and they have GF rolls for burgers, which, according to the person who answered the phone, are delicious. We may just have to go taste for ourselves.
