With a dedicated gluten free facility, owners Danielle and Cindy Hartog aim to “serve their clients gourmet paleo dishes in a casual and modern setting.”  You can grab a salad, soup or sandwich to go, or you can pick up dinner for later, including almond crusted chicken tenders, frittatas and more. They make paleo breads in-house, and they even have paleo bagels! For dessert there’s house made vegan ice cream, cookies, tarts, puddings and more. Check their menu online for daily specials.
