Optimist Cafe in Yarmouth Port, MA  has a separate gluten-free menu that’s nice and long – it’ll take more then 30 seconds to read it, and that’s pretty special. From french toast and frittatas at breakfast to sandwiches, burgers, rice bowls, curries, soups and salads at lunch, you’ll think you’re actually eating from a “real” menu! They’ve got dessert, too.
