Their philosophy is that the human body is restorative and just needs the proper nourishment to do so. They emphasize the purity of each recipe, and focus on organic, simple ingredients. They also offer classes, catering, and a raw cooking chef internship. Not dedicated gluten free, but super careful in the kitchen.
