The Pursuit of Pastry – Old Saybrook

Pursuit of Pastry in Old Saybrook is a traditional bakery offering 3 gluten-free options – macaroons made with almond flour, creme brûlée, and flourless chocolate cake, in full sized or single servings.  The facility is not dedicated gluten free, and at the moment they do not make gluten-free pastry, but we’re grateful for our dessert nonetheless!
