If you’re looking for excellent gluten-free Indian food, head to Rasa in East Greenwich, RI. Not only is the menu fully and clearly labeled for gluten, dairy, and vegan, but they know how to prepare your order safely. From Ragda patties to curries, masalas and more, you’ll have to go back quite a few times to try it all, and then you’ll keep going back because it’s so good!  They also do plenty of takeout and cater. Rasa is not a dedicated gluten-free facility, but they are well educated and utilize safe kitchen practices. But, as usual, always use your own judgement when eating out.
