Republic, a self-described “gastropub”, is a welcome addition to the Bloomfield restaurant scene. With a hip pub, a multilevel dining area, and a GF menu, how could you go wrong? There are numerous GF offerings, such as truffle parmesan popcorn, GF rolls for all burgers and sandwiches, and jalapeno ‘slaw on the side. You could end it all with creme brulee or chocolate mousse for dessert. Eat here and be hip.
