Salsa Fresca is just like Chipotle in it’s fast style and menu. They also have plenty of gluten-free options. The burritos are not gluten free, but they do offer bowls, salads, nachos and plenty of salsas, sides, and sauces. There’s also a kids menu, and they cater.
