Salvation Cafe

Salvation Cafe offers a bit of eclectic pizazz to the Broadway restaurant scene. From a restored barn dining room they serve up innovative appetizers and entrees with plenty of gluten-free options. The menu may rotate, but at this writing offerings included chipotle parsnip hummus with corn chips, quinoa and root vegetable salad, grilled tempeh curry, pad thai and more. The kitchen is not dedicated gluten free, but the chef and staff follow excellent cross-contamination protocol. During the warmer months there’s even an outdoor patio and tiki bar.
