Slainte

Slainte in Holyoke, MA is named for the Irish equivalent of the word “cheers.” Their gluten free menu is varied and includes items like poppy crusted tuna, bacon-wrapped pork tenderloin, and a burger or veggie burger on a gluten free bun. They mark items which may come into contact with gluten, and sadly, this includes all fried items. So, if you’re sensitive, the fries and chips won’t be safe.
