The Charles

The Charles, located in Wethersfield, CT, opened in Spring 2020. Housed in a historic building, the menu offers upscale pub fare, with entrees ranging from the Charlie Burger (on a GF roll)  to Fish N’ Chips, house made pastrami, oysters and more. The best part is that all of their fried items are gluten free and prepared in a dedicated fryer. This includes calamari, fries, and, of course, the fish and chips. They’ve also got gluten-free desserts, and a pretty big kids menu.
