The Pancake Man

The Pancake Man in Yarmouth, MA is such a perfect breakfast spot for vacationers and locals alike. They’re open from 7am-2pm and breakfast is served all day. They offer a gluten free waffle boat stuffed full of fruit and whipped cream. Not sure if that’s breakfast, lunch or dessert, but we’re also not sure that we care! They also offer silver dollar pancakes. They’re not a dedicated gluten free facility, but they do prepare their gluten free waffle boats and pancakes separately, and are a local celiac favorite.
