The Works Cafe
The Works Cafe has come a long way from it’s humble beginnings in Manchester, Vermont. They have expanded to eight locations throughout New England. Each location is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. You can expect to find plenty of gluten free options on their menus throughout the day. They offer everything from gluten free bread and muffins to organic ancient grain power bowls. Their restaurants are not dedicated gluten free. However, they will prepare your food with a separate knife and cutting board at your request. All employees are trained to handle these types of requests. The Works Cafe also prides itself on being environmentally conscious. And, many of their ingredients are organic and locally sourced. So, if you’re near one of their eight locations and want to experience their “eat well, feel good” philosophy for yourself, then stop on in. (Gluten Free Cafe Brattleboro)
