True Bistro in Somerville, MA is a 100% vegan, upscale restaurant. There are plenty of clearly marked gluten free options including tofu scrambles for breakfast, salads, and a dedicated fryer for french fries. They even have gluten free and vegan desserts, which is always totally fun. True Bistro is owned by a couple who’s mission is to provide delicious, healthy, vegan meals for everyone. And they have succeeded. Not a dedicated gluten free facility but super careful in the kitchen.  (Best Vegan Restaurant Boston)
